The Scheduled Report feature allows you to automate the delivery of your campaign performance reports via email on a daily or weekly basis.
To setup schedule delivery of a report:
- Select the settings icon (gear) next to a campaign on the dashboard to open the actions menu.
- Click on Edit Campaign.
- Expand the Scheduled Report widget.
- Specify a Frequency (Daily or Weekly).
- Specify one or more recipient emails.
- Click Save.
Note: The report delivered via email is the same as the one you can download using the Campaign Performance Report option from the campaign actions menu, and it is available exclusively in Excel format.
You cannot specify the time or day of week. Reports are all set to dispatch at 6am UTC. For weekly, the default delivery day is Sunday
