      How to Re-invite user to Nova Platform (if invitation is expired)?

      This article will explain the procedure on how to re-invite user(s) to your Team in Nova Platform if the invitation sent earlier has been expired.

       

      Procedure:

      1. When you're logged into Nova UI, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page



      2. Then click User Management

       

      3. Find the user from the list of inactive users in the Nova platform. Then, select the re-invite option to send them a re-invitation.

      4. You will notice a green checkmark in the Re-invite option once the invitation has been successfully sent to the user.

      5. If the invitation fails to send, just refresh the page and retry the step 4. 

       

      Make sure you ask the new user to look out for the email in Inbox/Spam folder. The re-invite will expire in 24 hours, so please sign up asap.
