Flowcode Setup for Nova CTV

Each CTV creative in Nova supports a QR code. You can choose from:

Note: QR code scans and scan rate metrics are only available for Standard and Flowcode QR code types.

Before configuring Flowcode in Nova, the following steps must be completed with assistance from the CSM to activate your flowcode account.

Contact the Flowcode Account Manager and request API access.
The Flowcode Account Manager will provide the following credentials:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Share the credentials with the CSM.
The CSM will forward the credentials to the Nova support team to enable Flowcode integration for your team.

Once the initial setup is complete, you can begin building CTV creatives with Flowcodes directly in the Nova platform.

Select Add CTV (VAST) Creative for the desired campaign on the Create dashboard.

Enable the QR Code toggle, then select Flowcode in the QR Code Type dropdown.

To configure Flowcode for your CTV creative, enter/select the following details in the Nova UI:

Click the Open in Flowcode button to open a new tab to the Flow configuration screen in Flowcode.

Click the Refresh Flowcode Options button to refresh the Flowcode Organization, Workspace, Brand Kit, and Domain choices.
