Preferred Option Selection
Users can choose the most suitable option based on their creative request:
- Mockup Request – For simple requests like mock setups.
- Live Creative Request – For creative setups where all assets and data (links, trackers, etc.) are readily available.
- Bulk Creative Setup Request – For complex requests involving multiple creatives, landing pages, source URLs, or trackers. These should be submitted via the provided spreadsheet template.
There is no fixed order—simply select the option that best fits your needs.

Option 1: Bulk Creative Setup Request Submission
For requests involving multiple creative builds, each with distinct details (such as different Landing Page URLs or CTA, Different Captions, Link Titles etc), please follow these steps:
1. Download the Bulk Creative Request Spreadsheet. (You can download the spreadsheet by clicking [here] or you could download it directly from the Form.)
2. Fill out the spreadsheet with the necessary information for each creative. Optional fields can be left blank; the support team will optimize details for the best ad performance.
3. Upload the completed spreadsheet through the form and submit to complete the campaign desk request
It is essential to ensure that all Campaign Information in the spreadsheet is completed accurately, as this information is vital for the successful setup and execution of your campaign.
Option 2: Mockup Requests
If you need a mock setup, select the "Mockup Requests" option in the form.
Option 3: Live Campaign Requests
For simple campaign builds that don’t require detailed specifications, select the "Live Campaign Build" option.
